Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale clients, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Drive sales of solar products by identifying potential customers and business opportunities.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with wholesale buyers.
  • Provide product training and support to clients as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors and channel partners to expand market reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales through distributor and partner networks.
  • Provide training, support, and resources to distributors and channel partners to enhance their performance.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide feedback, ensuring targets are met and partnerships remain productive.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential partners and assess their capabilities and performance.
  • Regularly report on distributor/channel partner activities, including sales, issues, and opportunities for growth.
  • Identify B2C Opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, channel partner management, or distributor management.
  • Strong network and ability to identify and engage new partners in a B2B setting.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Knowledge of Massage Chair Industry is preferred but not essential.
